Directions

  • Cook Time: About 60 Min (whole potatoes)
  • Servings Vary
  1. After cleaning potatoes, lightly sprinkle with salt.
  2. After lighting the Barrel House Cooker according to the instructions, set the potatoes on a Half Grill Grate on the middle level of the cooker. Close the lid.
  3. Wait about 45 minutes for the potatoes to cook before checking them for doneness.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the Barrel House Cooker.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: Cook on middle level for best results. These are easily cooked along with your choice of meat by hanging the meat on one side of the H-Frame and placing a grill grate on the other side of the Open Frame on the middle level of the cooker. Depending on which meat you are cooking, the potatoes may finish cooking first, so plan accordingly.
